The Caples House Harvest Festival is a wonderful way to go back in time with your children playing pioneer games, writing with quill pen, dipping candles, washing clothes on a washboard, watching apple cider being pressed, and touring an 1870s farmhouse. In Columbia City

Take a journey back in time by visiting the home of Dr. and Mrs. Charles G. Caples, stop in at the Children's Attic (originally the Caples family's barn/carriage house) and spend time exploring the expansive doll collection held within, and wander the beautiful grounds including the heritage apple orchard.
